Main Purpose of Our Rim Straightening Machine to save users money by repairing their rim. On every damage of wheel rim, user can not replace his wheel rim when he is having option to repair the wheel rim.

RIM STRAIGHTENING MACHINE (With hydraulic Jack attachment)

Hanu Autonics Pvt. Ltd. Offers an extremely reliable, low maintenance highly accurate Hydraulic Rim straightening Machine.

Its double Dies at center removes bends of heavily damaged rim accurately at corners and the hydraulic jack attachment is able to remove most of the middle bendsfrom the rims.

There is always possibility of deforming of rim when removing the bend of the collar of the rim with the help of Single die where as in our machine Double die from the out side and small single dies at both of the collar from inside put uniform pressure on the rim and there is No possibility of deforming the rim.

Bends in heavily damaged rim can be removed & straightened accurately with the help of double die Rim Bend Removing Machine.

To meet the different needs of clients, we supply Die attachment of 3.5", 4", 4.5", 5", 5.5", 6" and 6.5" Rim Width, in pairs along with our Rim Straightening Machine. Other than that 2 no of bottom die for lower collar and 5 no of top dies for upper collar of Rim are supplied with our Rim Straightening Machine
